Mission

The mission of Commonwealth Institute of Funeral Service (CIFS) is to prepare students for entry-level positions in the funeral service profession. As the only institution of its type that is also a licensed funeral home, CIFS has an established reputation as the leading provider of funeral service education in the nation.
